Notice of Nondiscrimination Regarding Title IX
CESA 5 does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education programs or activities that it operates, as required by Title IX, including in admission (if applicable) and employment. Inquiries about Title IX may be referred to the CESA 5’s Title IX Coordinator, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, or both. The Director of Business Services is designated as the “Title IX Coordinator” and authorized by CESA 5 to coordinate its efforts to comply with Title IX and this Policy.
